I do understand there may be times when you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. I would be grateful if you could give me as much advance notice as possible.
Cancellations and changes in scheduling should be made at least 48 hours before appointments at the Hale Clinic in Harley Street. You will be charged 50% of your office visit for a missed appointment or appointments not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the booking.
For all other appointments, cancellations and rescheduling is more flexible.
