❌ If the body starts to detox and there’s nowhere for the toxins to exit from the body, they can stagnate, acumulate, recirculate and some will reabsorb into the bloodstream, travel to other organs, and can be overwhelming.

Gentle juicing can be a nourishing way to support the liver and detox pathways, particularly when used as part of a broader, well-timed approach.
It can be especially helpful if you feel relatively well prepared and in a stable position. When used at the right time, juices can provide easily absorbed nutrients that support bile flow, digestion and hydration.
As with any detox approach, this isn’t suitable for everyone, and timing and individual tailoring is a key.
🌰🍋🫚 Beetroot, Lemon & Ginger Juice: Beetroots are wonderful for the liver because of their nitrate, betaine and antioxidants content. Lemon helps bile flow, and ginger stimulates digestive enzymes.
🥕🥒 Carrot, Cucumber & Celery Juice: Carrots are a tonic for the liver, with good levels of beta-carotene and other plant compounds. Cucumber and celery are great for hydration.
🍍🌿🍀 Pineapple, Mint & Parsley Juice: Pineapple contains bromelain which helps to break down waste. Mint and parsley are useful as they help boost bile and hydration.
